New Beta site is ready

  • Beta our new Web Application!

The StateInfoServices team is pleased to announce that the public beta release of NJPropertyRecords.com is now available. This beta release is made available to allow a broad user base to test and evaluate the next major version of StateInfoServices.com, but is not recommended for production use at this stage.

If you are a regular user of StateInfoServices.com, here’s a great opportunity to help us make the next release the best ever.

    What’s new in NJPropertyRecords.com?

The most immediately visible change to our web application is the new “Street Map“. It includes a fresh-looking web map to locate properties faster and easier than ever before. A closer look shows that NJPropertyRecords.com has a myriad of new features. You can now draw and annotate on the Street Map with ease, toggle on FEMA Flood (Effective or Preliminary) Layers, Wetlands, or Thematic Maps.

There are numerous performance enhancements, and an improved website navigation.

A more detailed guide to the features will be coming in the following months along with How-To videos.

Improved – Tax Maps Linked To Properties

  • Improved the number of properties linked to the correct tax map sheet.

Previously, we were relying on the Assessors tax map page number in order to link properties to the tax map sheets. However, we’ve noticed many properties were not linked correctly, or even linked at all. We’ve built our own database and so far we’ve manually assigned over 2 million (out of 3.4m) properties to the correct tax map sheet.

In the future, will be geo-referencing each tax map sheet. This will ensure almost every parcel in the State is assigned to the correct sheet. Furthermore, will be able to place a marker on the subject property and attach a snippet of the lot directly to the property report that you generate.

In the meantime, if there’s a property not linked to the correct sheet and you’d like some help locating it, feel free to contact us via live chat or email at anytime!
